Where we spend most of our time tells us a lot about what we value most. It can be really easy to get sucked into a YouTube or Instagram spiral and 3 hours later you’re wondering what day it is.
Maybe you need to set limits to your social media usage (a setting most phones have) to stop that never-ending scrolling. Maybe you need to try avoid your phone until you’ve spent some time with God.
