I put my hands together in a posture for prayer. As I pray God, I consider what each finger could represent and let them guide my prayers. Today, check out my pinky – the smallest one. And so I pray for those who are the ‘smallest’ in my community and our world.
‘He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow and loves the foreigner, giving them food and clothing.’ (Deuteronomy 10v18).
That’s Your mission God. Help me make it mine too. I want to be more kind to those less fortunate than I. Amen
