Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

Charlie won a golden ticket to explore the chocolate factory. Out of all the kids who were part of this, Charlie was the most grateful, and consistently chose to do the right thing – regardless of the circumstances!

This movie shows how integrity, obedience, honesty and gratitude really are great qualities to have. It’s not always easy to do the right thing, but it pays off.

The Bible also speaks of integrity and honesty:
Psalm 41:11-12 (
“You will take good care of me because I’ve been honest. You will let me be with you forever”.

Never stop working at having integrity.

If you love music, you’ll love this movie. Jack, a struggling singer-songwriter, after an accident, wakes up to a world where the Beatles never existed. He then becomes an overnight star singing some of history’s best songs that no one has ever heard before.

His conscience catches up with him and integrity shines through in the end.

Doing the right thing is tough – it’s not always the popular thing to do.

Read Proverbs 11:3 (

Being the good guy/girl is part of the journey in us becoming more like Jesus.

Will you allow honesty to guide you in the way you live?
